Look after your home before something breaks
Answer a few questions about your home. KeenCrow Home builds your upkeep schedule from trusted sources, reminds your household every week, and keeps appliance details, manuals and contractors in one place. Free for one home.
How it works
- Describe your home. Heating, water heater, sewer or septic, gutters, a dryer: tick what you have. "Not sure" is fine.
- Get your schedule. Only the tasks that fit your home, spread out so the first week is not a wall of chores. Safety checks come first.
- Get reminded. One email a week lists what is due and anything overdue, and a private calendar feed puts every task in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.
What is in the schedule
Every task says why it matters, how to do it, and who recommends how often. A few examples:
- Test smoke alarms every month (National Fire Protection Association).
- Check the furnace filter every month (ENERGY STAR).
- Flush the water heater at least once a year (A. O. Smith).
- Clean the dryer vent pipe every three months (National Fire Protection Association).
- Have a septic system inspected and pumped every three years (US Environmental Protection Agency).
Gas, electrical, chimney and septic jobs are marked "Call a pro". The schedule is general guidance; your equipment manual comes first.
Your home binder
Keep each appliance's model and serial number, purchase date, price and warranty end date, with a link to its manual. Add links to papers you keep in your own Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox, and a list of your plumber, electrician and other trades. KeenCrow stores text and links, never your files.

Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One home with the full schedule, weekly email and calendar feed, with no card needed.
Do you store my files or photos?
No. KeenCrow Home keeps text and links only. Your files stay wherever you keep them.
Is this professional advice?
No. It is general guidance from public sources. Follow your equipment manual, and use a licensed professional for gas, electrical and chimney work.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment of $20 covers KeenCrow Home Family for as long as KeenCrow offers KeenCrow Home. If it is ever discontinued, you get at least 60 days' notice and can export your data.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your first home keeps working on the free plan, other homes become read-only, and shared access pauses until the plan returns.
Is this the same KeenCrow that monitors websites?
Yes. One KeenCrow account signs you in to both, and each has its own plan and bill.
