Cookie policy

Last updated 30 October 2026.

In short: KeenCrow sets one cookie, and only when you sign in. Your browser also remembers a few choices for this website on your device. None of it is used for analytics, advertising or tracking, and none of it is shared with anyone.

1. The cookie

kc_session keeps you signed in to your account. It is set when you sign in, removed when you sign out, and lasts up to 30 days. It is essential: the account area cannot work without it. Only keencrow.com can read it, and scripts on the page cannot.

2. Choices your browser remembers

These are kept in your browser's storage for keencrow.com. They never leave your device unless you send them, for example by signing in with an invite link.

kc-theme: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. Kept until you change it.
consent:1: that you closed the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every page. Kept until you clear it.
kc_plan: the plan you picked on the pricing page. Removed once it has been used.
kc_after_sign_in: the page to return to after you sign in. Removed once it has been used.
kc_ref: the invite link you followed, so a new account gets the invite offer. Removed once the account is made.
kc_site: the website you asked to monitor after a free check. Removed once it has been added.

All of these are needed for what you asked the website to do, so KeenCrow does not ask for consent to them. The cookie notice tells you about them once.

3. No analytics, advertising or tracking

KeenCrow loads no analytics, advertising or tracking code, no third-party scripts and no third-party fonts. If that ever changes, nothing optional will run until you agree to it, and this page will list it first.

4. Paying

When you choose to pay, you are taken to a payment page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies there; Stripe's cookie and privacy policies explain them.

5. Removing them

Signing out removes the cookie. Your browser's settings can remove the cookie and everything above at any time; you will then be signed out and the website forgets your choices. The can be shown again from the link at the bottom of every page.

6. Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. The privacy policy says what KeenCrow keeps about you. Questions: support@keencrow.com.
